This relaxing evening class begins with a slow flow for warm up, followed a prop assisted restorative sequence, and ends with a guided meditation.

Suggested props: 2 large pillows/Bolster/Couch Cushion; 2 small pillows; or 2 Blocks/Large Books; 1 Strap/Scarf/Belt; 2 Blankets/Towels

Prop supported Restorative Yoga class with a focus on self acceptance, relaxation, and rest for the important work we have ahead.

Beginner Yoga Series: Balancing Asana

June 1, 8, 15  4:00 pm EST 

Sliding Scale $5-$20  per Household (Per Class/No cost spots available)

In this Beginner Yoga Series we will be learning Balancing Asana. We will workshop entry/exits, modifications, and alternate poses.  Together will find a variation that works for you as you are. 

Classes are Sliding Scale and will be capped at 15, so we can have discussion and find variations for every body. 3 spaces per class are reserved for BIPOC, LGBTQ2SIA+, and Fat folx who are experiencing financial hardship with priority given to those at the intersections.
