Readings are online via Zoom. On the occasion that technical difficulties that are outside of my control  occur (such as loss of internet connection, power outage or equipment malfunction on either side), I will do everything I can to restore the session. I will stay on to make up lost minutes or may reschedule for the remaining time.

If we cannot re-establish our session, I will offer to reschedule the appointment at or give you a credit for the remaining time we have left.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

Sessions can be rescheduled no later than 48 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations within less than 48 hours may result in the loss of your appointment and payment. 

• If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your appointment without refund.

• If you are late for your appointment, it will come out of your session time. I can’t go over time to make up for it.

Recordings

I offer the option of recording your reading. This is currently a complimentary service that I provide for clients who book 60-90 minute sessions with me. (Parties and events are excluded from this service.) I reserve the right to cancel or modify this service at any time.

Readings are recorded digitally and will be sent within 1 business day after your reading. You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording within a timely manner. Recording links do expire after 3 days.

I am not able to guarantee recording quality and cannot protect against technical or mechanical failure during your reading.

I do not give permission for any private recordings to be shared outside of myself and you, the client, unless otherwise agreed upon before the session.

Follow-up

I cannot provide follow-up or summaries of your reading. If you would like more information, feel free to book another session.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are not meant to guarantee a fixed price on any product or service, nor do they guarantee a type of service will remain available. It is the responsibility of the certificate holder to use this certificate at their discretion, including booking their own appointments.

Accuracy and predictions

I read what I see in the cards, or intuit, and relay that information. I will always be honest about what I see, but cannot make promises or guarantees on any outcomes. When you have a reading, you are consulting an oracle. The information is based on esoteric spiritual and emotional intuition.

Readings can provide meaning and clarity which can help reveal potential outcomes, but ultimately it is our decisions and intent that affect our future the most.

I trust that you are entering into a reading with me with full consent, and that you will take responsibility for your own actions once our session is over.

Bringing friends and family to your reading

Please respect my privacy and safety. Don’t invite friends or family to tag along with you unless we have discussed it prior.​ Readings are a personal experience, and I do not know what may come up or what you may or may not be comfortable sharing with others.

If you’re not happy with your reading 

Please, know if I am the right reader for you before you book with me. I am happy to speak with you via email or text before a reading. Every reader has a different style and approach to their services. I am not a fortune teller. I am an intuitive reader. I do not read Tarot, I use a combination Lenormand and playing card deck and rely heavily on my gift of intuition.

Confidentiality 

Your contact information and anything that is discussed during our session will stay private. Information is only shared when clients voluntarily provide testimonials and always with explicit permission.
