La société veut nous découper en petits morceaux, comme si on ne pouvait exister qu’en petites parties faciles à digérer. On te dira que telle partie n’est pas « assez bien » et qu’une autre n’est pas « suffisante. »

Mais voilà la vérité : tu es parfait·e tel·le·ment que tu es.

Je ne suis pas là pour te « réparer ». Je suis là pour t’aider à te voir dans ton ensemble, à reconnaître que tu mérites vraiment qu’on prenne soin de toi, et pour te donner les outils qui te permettront de t’épanouir de façon authentique.

These weekly sessions offer spacious, prop-supported rest with options to practice on a mat, in bed, or from a chair — whatever works for your body today. Designed with fat, disabled, neurodivergent, and chronically ill folks in mind, each class centers care over performance. Expect grounding breath, gentle movement, and long, supported stillness.

 

No flexibility required. Pajamas encouraged. Come as you are and rest with us.
